Do I have to pay customs costs or import duties?

From 20/09/2025, all shipments to Europe are sent on a DDP (delivered duty paid) basis. This means customs and import duties are covered by us, so the price you see on our site is the final price you pay; no hidden costs, no surprise bills, just great tools delivered straight to your door.

What happens if I get charged duties?

We’re sorry to hear that! As the systems are all very new there may be some hiccups. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly please get in touch with our customer service team on hello@metmocube.com. If you can provide a copy of the invoice you receive we can review this.

Why is the price different?

To allow us to cover all the associated costs of import some items have been affected by price changes. While we have absorbed the majority of these costs, some products have been subject to a small price increase.

Will there be shipping delays?

We’ll ship as normal from our UK warehouse using FedEx, Royal Mail, and UPS. There will not be any processing delays from our side, but the shipment does still need to be processed by customs. We have no control over these timings, and recommend you keep an eye on your provided tracking information.

Will my pre-order be affected?

Existing pre-orders will still stand, and will be shipped on a DDP basis. Your pre-order should not be affected by the new rules.

Can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over €175! Your order will be sent DDP (delivered duty paid).

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship from our UK warehouse via the selected courier on a DDP (delivered duty paid) basis.

We will cover European customs and duties costs from 20/09/2025. Orders placed prior to this will have shipped according to the shipping service selected by the customer at checkout.
