Frequently asked questions regarding Kickstarter surveys.
- Why do I have to do the survey?
The survey is needed to confirm your pledge and provide us with your shipping address. If you don't complete your survey we will not have the required information to fulfil your pledge, and you won't receive your items until we have this information. It's important that you check your final 'order' after you finish the survey, as the items listed will be the items you receive. If there are parts of your pledge missing, do not complete the survey, and send our customer service team a message so they can regenerate your survey link. You'll receive an order confirmation email detailing your confirmed items.
- How do I do the survey?
You'll receive a link to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account from email@example.com. You can follow the link and then start the survey.
You first need to confirm your rewards by selecting your Pocket Driver style and any add-ons you originally pledged for.
Next, if you'd like, you can browse the other add-ons and add any extras to the cart that you'd like. This is the last chance to get any add-ons. Scroll to the bottom of the section and hit next to go to the checkout.
Complete the checkout process as normal by entering your email address, full name, shipping address, phone number etc. We'll use this information to ship your pledge and send any confirmation and tracking emails, so please double check it before checking out!

- I haven't received a survey link.
Make sure you're checking the email address associated with your Kickstarter account! You'll want to check your spam or junk folders, as the survey email may have been redirected here. You can also search for mail from firstname.lastname@example.org.
- My survey link isn't working.
If your survey isn't opening correctly you can try using an alternative browser. If that doesn’t work, try opening it in an incognito or private browsing window. If you're still having trouble, get in touch with our customer service team at email@example.com.
- How do I add extra add-ons in the survey?
After you've confirmed your initial pledge, you'll be able to choose from our Pocket Driver add-ons as well as other MetMo products! You can then complete your survey as normal by filling in your details, and you can pay for the add-ons at this point.
- Why have I been charged after completing my survey?
Your survey has a unique discount code which covers costs for your original pledge, which has been paid for via Kickstarter. If you choose any additional add-ons, you'll need to pay for these.
- How long will the survey take?
The survey shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes, but you need to be sure you complete the survey in one go. If you try to start the survey and then come back to complete it later, your survey may not work properly or may crash/break.
- I think I did my survey wrong, what do I do?
If you finish your survey but suspect something isn't correct (for example your original pledge isn't in your order confirmation) you send our customer service team a message with your backer number, order number, and the problem you're having.
- How can I check if I've completed my survey?
When you complete your survey you'll receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. This will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don't have an email confirmation, you can get in touch with our team to check.
- Can I change my address?
We're aiming for pledges to be shipped beginning February 2024. If, between completing your survey and January 2024, you know you won't be at the address given in your survey you need to contact our customer service team to request a change of address. MetMo are not responsible for the accuracy of your address, and we will ship your pledge to the address we have on file. If you need to change your address, you need to do this no less than 30 days before fulfilment begins.
