MetMo core products have a 200 year guarantee. You read that right. We believe in doing a job once, and doing it well.

That’s why we individually machine each of our products and then check over each and every one before it goes out to you.

MetMo core products are designed to last lifetimes, and can be self serviced to keep them working in tip top shape for years to come.

We are committed to well-crafted quality, and if you have a problem with your MetMo we’ll be here to make it right*

This means a broken or defective product can be repaired or replaced by us for free. If it’s a machining, mechanical, or workmanship fault that’s ours, we’ll get you sorted.

*You know, within reason. We can’t fix damage due to nuclear attacks, volcanic eruptions, or a lifetime under the sea.

The Boring Bit

1 – Warranty Coverage

1.1 Scope and Duration

METMO guarantees replacement of your core product for 200 years from the date of purchase—that’s generations of use, or two full centuries of reliability. Your MetMo will remain free from defects in material and workmanship, or we’ll get it sorted for you.

1.2 Remedying Issues

If you have an issue with your core METMO product (that isn’t due to misuse or accidental damage) we will:

(a) Repair the product,

(b) Replace the product with an
identical or functionally equivalent model

2 – Transferring Across Time

2.1 Company Transitions

If METMO changes ownership, we’ll make sure the acquirer must honour all existing warranties. Customers will be notified with updated contact details if needed.

2.2 Company Discontinuation

If METMO ceases operations, your guarantee remains valid. We will provide replacements from secure reserves or arrange a full refund via an appointed guardian.

2.3. Production Partner Failure

If our manufacturing partners can no longer produce METMO products, we will appoint a new one to maintain continuity. If that becomes impossible, an appointed guardian will oversee all claims and fulfil replacements wherever possible.

3 – Claiming

3.1 Eligibility

Standard everyday use is covered. Damages from extreme misuse (like dropping from the top of a building or exposing to volcanic temperatures) are not covered.

3.2 Ongoing Access

As long as we can confirm the original purchase, your descendants can rely on our guarantee.

4 – Limitations

4.1 Excluded Uses

This warranty does not cover damage arising from:

(a) Catastrophic events (e.g., fire, flood, volcanic activity, meteor impact),

(b) Deliberate misuse, modification, or destruction,

(d) Exposure to conditions that exceed those reasonably foreseeable for the product.
