Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
1.1 The " Win a Gold Pocket Driver Giveaway” competition (the "Competition") is organised by Five Create Ltd (the "Promoter").
- Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to residents worldwide aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.
2.2 Entrants must have an active CubeClub account
2.3 Multiple entries are allowed, but, those from automated or bulk entries, will be disqualified.
2.4 Entries from accounts that are suspected of being spam or fake will be disqualified.
- How to Enter
3.1 The Competition will be open from the time the initial post is published on CubeClub until midnight on the 2nd January 2025 (the "Closing Date").
3.2 To enter the Competition, participants must:
- a) Join CubeClub
- b) Write a review of your favourite MetMo product on our website
3.3 Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.
- Selection of Winners
4.1 A total of 1 winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2 The random draw will take place within 5 days following the Closing Date.
4.3 Winners will be notified via email.
4.4 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, they will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
4.5 The Promoter will only contact winners from the official Briiv Instagram social media account. Entrants should be aware of and cautious about spam or bot accounts that may attempt to contact them.
- Prize
5.1 The winner will receive a Gold Pocket Driver.
5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- Liability
6.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered due to any technical or other reasons.
6.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the Prize.
- Data Protection
7.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition and distributing the Prize.
7.2 The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.
- General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition where necessary if circumstances arise outside of its control.
8.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
8.4 These Terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
