Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Promoter

1.1 The " Win a Fractal Vise Giveaway” competition (the "Competition") is organised by Five Create Ltd (the "Promoter").

 

  1. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents worldwide aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition. 

2.2 Entrants must enter via the parameters outlined on the Instagram giveaway post.

2.3 Multiple entries are not allowed.

2.4 Entries from email accounts that are suspected of being spam or fake will be disqualified.

 

  1. How to Enter

3.1 The Competition will be open from Wednesday 5th November 2025 until midnight on the 19th November 2025 (the "Closing Date"). 

3.2 To enter the Competition, participants must: 

  1. a) Follow the official MetMo Instagram account
    b) Like the official Instagram giveaway post
    c) Post a comment on the official Instagram giveaway post with your favourite MetMo product
    d) Tag somebody in the comments of the official Instagram giveaway post

3.3 Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

 

  1. Selection of Winners

4.1 A total of 1 winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

4.2 The random draw will take place within 5 days following the Closing Date. 

4.3 Winners will be notified via email and announced on CubeClub

4.4 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, they will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. 

4.5 The Promoter will only contact winners from an official MetMo email address. Entrants should be aware of and cautious about spam or bot accounts that may attempt to contact them.

 

  1. Prize

5.1 The winner will receive a stainless steel Fractal Vise 32.

5.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

 

  1. Liability

6.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered due to any technical or other reasons. 

6.2 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the Prize.

 

  1. Data Protection

7.1 By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition and distributing the Prize. 

7.2 The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter's privacy policy.

 

  1. General

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition where necessary if circumstances arise outside of its control. 

8.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. 

8.4 These Terms are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
