Fine Point Jaws - Stainless Steel

These are the same length as the standard jaws but (as the name may suggest) come down to a finer point of 0.65 (0.025”) x 0.35 (0.014”).

This fine tip makes them more suited to working with models, plastics, and electronics where you aren't going to need the maximum gripping force, or where tweezing and picking up smaller parts is the priority.

That might make them sound fragile, but they are ten times more rigid than tweezer tips! Because the mechanism can put a lot of force into the tip, these will put holes in things or cut into what you're working on if you really over tighten them. Just a word of warning!

If you work with small metal parts these are good too, but I wouldn’t recommend using them for prying or doing up nuts... unless you're working with 16BA’s.
