EU Customer Rights
EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from eligible distance-purchase contracts within
30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This means you can open a return and it will be accepted.
How to withdraw
Complete the withdrawal form and confirm your request. We will email you
an acknowledgement immediately.
Returns
Return eligible goods within 30 days of telling us you wish to withdraw, or receipt of the goods (whichever is first).
Where the buyer has changed their mind about their purchase and wishes to return the item for reasons outside of faults or retailer error, the buyer pays return postage.
Refunds
We will reimburse eligible payments using the original payment method. We may wait until goods are returned or proof of return is provided, where applicable.
Exceptions
Refunds can not be given on personalised items if the buyer changes their mind as we are unable to recycle the goods. Refunds are only given on personalised items if the item is faulty.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after payment.
