I love mine i wish i would of payed for the better matal this ine dos feel cheep I also wish it locked info place like a one click out one click back And the feeling of crash like s soda can is hard to shake. Maybe they could of added a mode stable back bone inside and keep the poor man out side skin choice but only time can tell the crush factor . 1-2-3 its still instack u see 4-5-6 the dent was always there flick it in out the side will soon push out .

Great little tool! I have an idea though, what about an Edge that is bigger? 2x, 3x, I don’t know just a thought

chisel lost!

I discovered that the screw holding the chisel in place had detached and the chisel has gone AWOL. Not a good feeling after 3 months on my key ring! A replacement costs £10 but they are out of stock. Shame

The Metmo aluminum Edge has a great hand feel, good size & weight, and it’s a really good fidget toy; better than I expected. I wish the chisel was a tad sharper. If the chisel edges were sharper, however, my fingertips would be bleeding. It opens envelopes well if you cut the end off; but it is not an X-Acto blade, nor is it intended to be one. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with my Metmo Edge.

The idea was appealing. In reality, it is not really as sharp as would be practical. Probably because of the very wide angled sharp edge. It is well made and cute, but probably something that one would grab only if there was nothing else.

Nice Thing. Not plug & play.

Was notified of the 3 month wait and clicked ‘Order’ regardless. I was looking forward to receiving my item in anticipation of multiple uses and applications. I attached it to my car keys to ensure I had it to hand at all times. Struggled to find an opportunity to use it. But a cardboard Amazon delivery arrived!! I jumped at it with my MetMo but whatever way I used it, it snagged, felt blunt, I turned it around in search of a useful edge - but failed. Maybe it’s me. I returned to the item description and read that it was perfect for opening mail. Tried to open some envelopes - but I can’t recommend for that. I have a few Leatherman products and find them indispensable, using them every day. I can’t bond with my MetMo, it’s a nice thing and hope to get more use with more work and practice.

Magnet too weak

I like the concept of the product and the quality but the end does not retract with just the magnet and needs some help to go in.

Hey Ian,Thanks for the feedback! You may find that you can use an Allen key to slightly loosen off the brass slider (less than half a turn should do it!) to help it retract smoother. The Edge was designed to retract when held up, but if flat or facing down it won't immediately retract. Hope this helps, and let me know how you get on!Cheers,Peg
